“ I don't understand all the complaints. I ordered from this place for three days staight through UberEats and DoorDash. The wait is incredibly long and sometimes the order is not all correct; however, the food is delicious and the prices are incredibly reasonable. I got a whole fried fish for 20 and they gave me so much rice! Being that I am from South Florida, I am critical of Haitian food from anywhere else. Out of the many Haitian restaurants I have eaten at in Brooklyn and Queens, Tamara's is one of the best. Their food is flavorful and delicious. I like the piklis too--when they finally gave me some lol. ”

I usually get the black rice, chicken, and legume and my husband gets the same thing as well as the pate. I also love the fact tht it's a family owned business. Not due to the restaurant but because of door-dash. When my food came it was still very warm. This establishment lived up to Haitian food hype. I ordered griot, black rice and Mac and cheese. They give you way more than your moneys worth. I will definitely be ordering again. Don’t let other people’s opinions make you decide to not eat here. 10/10 I recommend ”

Will definitely be back....soon I am back again the next day. Thr food is delicious. Long wait tho. so order ahead. Today 8/26 I called in am order at 545. At 7 I showed up. Food still not ready. Lady said 10 minutes. Its now 725 still not ready last 2 times food was ready within 15 min. so back to 5 stars u go ”
